Nathan has been active in the real estate industry for over 23 years He now is specializing in Restoration, Preservation, Tree, Riparian, Endangered Species Banks in Northern California. He moved to Santa Rosa, California in 1984 and quickly made a business decision to become a Realtor in 1985. Nathan quickly became one of the top producing Realtors in Sonoma County and obtained his Broker License in 1992.

He has always been one of the top Land & Residential Brokers in Sonoma County for well over a decade and continues to retain that title.In 1995 Nathan started to expand his professional services in WETLAND MITIGATION for endangered habitat and species. As development encroached into the Wetlands of Northern California, the State and Federal Regulatory agencies were making development on the Santa Rosa Plain nearly impossible - due to new mitigation rules under the enacted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Clean Water Act, Section #404. And by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services, Endangered Species Act, Section #7 and #10.

Nathan has assisted many developers and local governmental agencies to resolve their problems with their wetland and habitat issues, to allow development to continue in a safe and sound manner.In 2001 Nathan made another important business decision to leave RE/MAX Central Santa Rosa after being there for over 12 years, to open his own Brokerage firm "Homes and Acreage". With his own office he new has the freedom to merge his years as a land Broker and Wetland Specialist to better serve his clients.
